3. Payments

To make a reservation, you may be required to make an advance payment to confirm your booking. Payment methods available on our website include:

- Net Banking, Master/Visa Debit or Credit Cards: For domestic and international customers.

- Foreign Payments: Foreign nationals can also make payments via currency notes, traveler’s cheques, or Master/Visa American Express Credit Cards.


In case of credit card payments, any applicable bank charges will be added to the total amount due.


During the peak season, such as Christmas, New Year, and festivals, full payment may be required in advance to secure hotel and resort bookings.


 4. Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel or modify your booking, please notify us in writing. The following cancellation charges apply based on when we receive your cancellation notice:


- 30 days prior to arrival: 10% of the tour cost.

- 15 to 29 days prior to arrival: 30% of the tour cost.

- 7 to 14 days prior to arrival: 40% of the tour cost.

- 2 to 6 days prior to arrival: 50% of the tour cost.

- Less than 48 hours or no show: No refund.


Please note that Jeep Safari & Canter Safari bookings are non-refundable. If cancellations occur during peak seasons (e.g., Holi, Diwali, Christmas, New Year), separate cancellation policies may apply.


 5. Liabilities and Limitations

After finalizing the tour/service cost, if there are any changes in permit fees, taxes, fuel costs, or guide charges imposed by the Government of India, you may be required to pay the difference.


We are not responsible for delays or cancellations caused by technical errors or unavailability of seats for safaris. If your safari is not booked for any reason, we will refund the full amount to your bank account.


6. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We reserve the right to update or modify this Privacy Policy at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website, and we encourage you to review this page periodically.
