• No cancellations or refunds will be issued under any circumstances once a booking is confirmed.

2. No Refunds for Cancellations Due to Weather

• No refunds will be issued for cancellations caused by heavy rain or other weather-related conditions.

3. Unauthorized Access and Cybersecurity

• Any unauthorized access attempts or actions that violate the integrity of the CTR system will be dealt with according to relevant cybersecurity laws.

4. Day Visit Bookings During the Rainy Season

• Day visit bookings made during the rainy season are provisional and subject to cancellation on short notice due to weather conditions. In such cases, no refunds will be issued.

5. No Refunds for Entry Disruptions Due to Natural Causes

• If entry to CTR is disrupted due to natural causes, such as flooding or other uncontrollable factors, no refunds will be provided for advance reservations.

6. Refunds for Disruptions Beyond CTR's Control

• Partial or full refunds may be issued if entry is disrupted due to factors beyond the control of CTR (e.g., government restrictions or force majeure events).
